OUR EXPERIENCES

We've experienced the built environment industry for just under two decades as architects, agents and project managers.

 

In previous ventures we've initiated, designed & managed new large scale local & international developments for leading listed funds. Winning awards in the 'big leagues' granting us industry recognition...

 

Shiny new buildings...

...something was missing though.

 

Cranes in our cities.

 

The private sector had wandered far & wide in search of greener pastures whilst the public sector got ring-fenced into existing buildings within the CBDs in the name of consolidation, budget cuts & lower rentals.

 

Urban sprawl has left the inner city to face decay. So much nature, time and fortune gets spent on greenfield development while our CBDs stand derelict.

 

We see our 'PURPOSE'

What is Compierre's purpose you ask?

 

We want to make those towering masses lucrative again, use the embodied energy to attract investment and in turn putting the key word 'business' back into the CENTRAL ___ DISTRICTS.
